Mini-course: reply to reviews like a pro (with help from AI)
Reply to reviews in minutes — your future customers read them.

Golden rule: a reply to a review isn't for the person who wrote it — it's for the hundreds of people who'll read it later while deciding whether to call you.
For positive reviews: thank them by name, mention something specific about the work («I'm glad the online store is working so well») and leave the door open. No bare «Thanks!».
For negative reviews: take a breath. Thank them for the feedback, acknowledge the specific issue without long excuses, explain what you're going to do and take the conversation private. A well-handled negative review builds more trust than ten positive ones.
The AI trick: ask it to «write a reply to this review, friendly and professional tone, 60 words max, mentioning [detail]». Check it sounds like you, tweak a word or two, and post it.
Practise with your last three reviews. And if you'd like us to manage yours every week, it's part of the Local SEO plan.
Shall we apply it to your business?
